The Commerce Police Department arrested two 17-year-olds following an undercover operation last week.
The officers allegedly bought marijuana from Bradley Bryan Boyd, of 4068 Mt. Olive Road, Commerce, after which they obtained a search warrant and raided his residence.
There, police found “a large amount of marijuana along with distribution materials.”
The incident report said Boyd, and Gregory Ithyn Smith, of 150 Buckeye Trail, Commerce, both were in possession of marijuana at the time of the raid.
Smith was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Boyd was charged with the sale of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
