The Commerce Police Department took out warrants on man after he allegedly broke with his fist the back window of his girlfriend’s car, shattering glass over her and her 3-year-old daughter.
According to the incident report, a 27-year-old white female told police that she found a text message from another woman on the suspect’s telephone as they were at Northridge Medical Center. She confronted him at the hospital, then returned to the motel where they are living.
Shortly thereafter, she said, he called her to pick him up. She found him walking on a road near the hospital, picked him up, and he asked her to take her back to the hospital, where she opted to wait in the car with her daughter. She said he became enraged, crushed his phone against the dashboard, got out, threw the phone into the woods and smashed the back window with his fist, spraying glass fragments over the victim and her child.
