PENDERGRASS – Harold Danny Cannon, 60, died Wednesday, June 10, 2009.
Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Hoyt and Ellie May Beatty Cannon, and was employed with the City of Jefferson Street Department.
Survivors include sons, Sammy Cannon, Gainesville, Steve Cannon, Talmo, Nicky Cannon, Hoschton, and Randy Cannon, Madison; special friend, Myrtle Richper, Pendergrass; grandchildren, Hunter Cannon, Trent Cannon, Kimberly Fay Cannon and L.J. Campa.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12, at 2 p.m., from Mountain Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Graham officiating. Burial will be in the Pond Fork Baptist Church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Hollis, Shane Hollis, Todd Hollis, David Jacobs, Wade Lord and Dean Love. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 11, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
