WITH the possibility of parole? Are you kidding me? He can get out in 30 years while his wife will never see her child graduate from high school, get married, and have children. This just amazes me. Before anyone starts running their mouths about how she deserved it or she was cheating on him or any of that other nonsense, that doesn't give anyone that right to murder. That's what divorce is for. It sounded like to me she was trying to escape his crazy $%! because she knew what he was capable of. I wish she would have gotten away from him sooner.

i'm glad he took responsibility for what he did. this was a terribly selfish act. a mother and father was taken away from a child in an instant. A life was snuffed out and many people were harmed for this one moment of bad decision, one selfish moment of only thinking of himself. My heart goes out to all this has harmed. I don't understand our system at all but for now he's behind bars.

Jamie will be missed very much. She was a great person, and her daughter will miss out on knowing such a fun loving person. My prayers are with both families. No one could know what they are going through.
