City must get sewer problem resolved

Perhaps had he been a little less patient, the city would have solved the problem by now, but obviously it hasn’t. The Sullivans pay the city every month for sewage disposal and treatment, and they have every right to expect that waste materials not back up into their house, let alone often.

Enough is enough. If the city can’t resolve the problem, maybe it should install a septic system in the Sullivans’ yard and take the house completely off the sanitary sewer system. Whatever the course of action, the city needs to take should begin immediately. The Sullivans have put up with a faulty sewerage system far too long already.
