Whoops. Looks like our new DA really screwed up this time. This murderer already plead guilty to shooting her and the little boy and got life. The DA can't prosecute him again now for killing her since she died. Are you still glad you didn't seek the death penalty Mr. DA? What terrible judgment to rush this case through and plea bargain while she was still fighting for her life and the DA didn't even know yet if she was going to live. This is horrible.

You are mistaken. Mr. Clark can still be prosecuted for the murder of his wife. Our office is waiting on the medical records to see if we can prove the death was a result of the shooting.

You are a raving moron. Where did you get the idea that Clark couldn't be prosecuted after his wife passed? From CSI? Try educating yourself before spewing your nonsense on the internet for all to read. Looks like YOU really screwed up.
