BRASELTON – Claudio Iannuzzi, 54, died Saturday, November 7, 2009.
Born in Sicily, he was the son of the late Francesco and Agata Messina Iannuzzi, and was a machine operator with Wrigleys. Mr. Iannuzzi was preceded in death by a brother, Roberto Iannuzzi.
Survivors include his wife, Lynda Shoemake Iannuzzi, Braselton; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Kim Loan Iannuzzi, Oakwood; stepson, William Gooch, Gainesville; sisters, Rosanna Mauldin, Hoschton, and Liliana Mayberry, Braselton; brothers, Mario Iannuzzi, Armando Iannuzzi, and Enrico Iannuzzi, all of Sicily; grandchildren, Robert Claudio Iannuzzi, Landon Gooch, Tommy V. Luc, and Charlie V. Luc.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 13, at 1 p.m., from the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Deacon John Burke Jr., officiating. Burial will be in the Hoschton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
