Commerce will usher in the Christmas season with three downtown events this weekend.
Commerce by Candlelight, an evening shopping and entertainment event, will take place Friday night, Hometown Holidays, a kids’ oriented event, will occur Saturday, and the annual Christmas parade will bring Santa into town Sunday afternoon.
Santa awaits the arrival of children and adults in downtown Commerce Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

No Common Road had great managment. Work got slow b/c customers where taking their business to Banks Co. at 85 instead of keeping it here in Commerce with local owners. Local businesses needs us to keep the money local and not giving it to other counties and big franchises. That's another reason this is such a cool idea. Helps bring people downtown.
