Some time ago we received a catalog from a company that made posters. One showed an American Indian on his pony, holding his bow over his head, in a gesture of defiance — and it was a modern, compound bow. The caption at the bottom of the poster read, “What If ...”
The implication was obvious: with just a smattering of technology, the Indians’ confrontation with the whites might have turned out quite differently. But perhaps not.

I just want say thankyou to mr. cook for a wounderful view on todays world progress. I believe progress has mark the death of the family unit in this country and the lessons and values we learned in a as kids in a family unit (tribe) Thank you , Mr. Cook.
