Commerce officially reorganized its city council in a called meeting Tuesday night.
City attorney John Stell administered the oath of office to newcomers Keith Burchett, mayor pro tem, and Darren Owensby, Ward 2 councilman, and to Archie D. Chaney, who was re-elected as the Ward 1 councilman.
