A Pendergrass police officer who lives in Commerce told the Commerce Police Department that she is being harassed by investigators hired by attorneys challenging Pendergrass in a lawsuit.

When is Sgt. Davis going to grow up and stop wasting tax dollars? She files suit with one city, years later she sues Pendergrass and now she is wasting tax dollars in Commerce by making those officers get involved in her drama. I bet Rob Russell advised both Sgt. Davis and the city clerk to file reports. That's just his style. " Mike Buffington" Please help the poor people of Pendergrass to shut that place down. Let the Sheriffs Department take over and push those crooks out of there.
