If the former owner of the Harmony Grove Grille comes back to town, the Commerce Police Department would like to see him.
Police would like to serve a warrant the city took out on Hal Walsh last week for bouncing a check for more than $1,100 for a utility payment on the restaurant. That amounts to a felony if he’s convicted.
In addition to leaving bloodstains all over the downtown, Harmony Grove Grille owner Hal Walsh allegedly left a bad check at City Hall for a $1,100 utility bill.
