The Jackson County Sheriff's office announces the arrests of 47 individuals. They include:
•Angela Lynn Clay, 38, 490 Hightower Tail, Jefferson, burglary.
•Amy Michelle Doster, 36, 135 Piney Hill Bluff, Winder, no insurance.
•Brian Allen Groves, 32, 120 Forest Lakes Road, Pendergrass, violation of probation.
•Craig Owen Morgan, 31, 420 Oak Collany, Commerce, violation of probation.
•Christina Ann Peck, 36, 210 Creasant Circle, Gainesville, forgery.
•Helen Allison Warziniack, 44, 808 Rock Forge Road, Jefferson, burglary.
•Lori Ann Carney, 32, 129 Pinetree Circle, Maysville, violation of probation.
•Christopher James Evans, 23, 107 Highway 98, Commerce, violation of probation.
•Sly Deon Sampson, 32, 1216 Lincoln Trace Circle, Smyrna, failure to appear.
•Eric Jason Ulbrich, 36, 129 Pinetree Circle, Maysville, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.
•Bryan Anthony Williams, 22, 7857 County Line Road, Gillsville, suspended license.
•Emmett Rush Winn, 26, 215 Ethridge Road, Jefferson, violation of probation, cruelty to children and battery.
•William Joshua Cartledge, 29, 89 Nunn Street, Commerce, failure to appear.
•Alan Lee Freeman, 31, 596 Old Commerce Road Extension, Athens, three counts of sexual exploitation of children.
•Derek Conrad Hartline, 40, 457 Cathrine Lane, Commerce, theft by taking.
•Tina Marie Lee, 42, 1522 Central Avenue, Demorest, bad check felony.
•Kimberly Edell Albritton, 33, 529 Red Oak Road, Maysville, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.
•Danny Ray Barnett, 42, 1566 Crooked Creek Road, Athens, battery.
•Raymond Joseph Fulton, 47, 45 Pasha Drive, Brooks, violation of probation.
•Robert Frank Parker, 30, 120 Johnson Drive, Braselton, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.
•Hoyt Darren Whitley, 35, 675 Windy Hill Road, Jefferson, child support arrest orders.
•Darrell Eugene Collins, 42, 4573 Winder Highway, Jefferson, failure to appear.
•Heather Elaine Howington, 21, 107 Richmond Way, Commerce, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.

•Charles Anthony Massey, 43, 993 Sam Freeman Road, Hoschton, battery.
•Randy Cleve Baker, 28, 4735 Highway 334, Commerce, violation of probation.
•Jodi Leigh Cantrell, 34, 1605 Hancock Avenue Extension, Gainesville, disorderly conduct.
•Stuart Bart Edwards, 48, 590 Trotters Ridge Road, Jefferson, terroristic threats or acts and disorderly conduct.
•Johnny Christopher Faulkner, 28, 5499 Maysville Road, Commerce, child support arrest orders
•Tony Douglas Harris, 44, 108 Holiday Cemetary Road, Jefferson, simple battery and terroristic threats or acts.
•Deborah Louise Love, 55, 2375 Old State Road, Pendergrass, possession of drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.
•Jimmy Dwight Love, 49, 2375 Old State Road, Pendergrass, possession of drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.
•Robert Irving Spivey, 45, 1678 Sims Bridge Road, Commerce, violation of probation.
•Wayne Allen Westmoreland, 53, 904 Old Harden Orchard Road, Commerce, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act and pills not in original container.
•Jarrod Spencer Wilmont, 29, 296 West Jefferson Street, Hoschton, child support arrest orders.
•Rodney Aaron Black, 35, 1176 Ervin Chambers Road, Maysville, pedestrian under the influence.
•Candido Arizmendi Campuzano, 47, 78 Davenport Road, Braselton, driving without a license.
•Steve Eugene Chastain, 52, 74 Garner Road, Braselton, child support arrest orders.
•Gordon Frank Cox Jr., 24, 29 Groaning Rock Road, Commerce, driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane.
•Joseph Andrew Davis, 18, 1888 Highway 82 South, Jefferson, DUI alcohol and failure to dim headlights.
•Clyde Daniel McDonald, 54, 3223 Plainview Road, Maysville, driving while license suspended and driving without valid insurance.
•Jose De Jesus Saldivar, 45, 709 E. Morehead Street, Burlington, N.C., driving without valid insurance.
•Oscar Lee Waller, 34, 271 Pearly Mikhill Road, Ellabell, pills not in original container, DUI alcohol and seat belt violation.
