A 30-year-old Commerce woman was banned from the city pool for five years after a dispute that resulted in her arrest for disorderly conduct.
According to the incident report, Jessica Nickole Harrison, 104 Harrison Lane, had dropped off five kids at the pool under the supervision of a 15-year-old. Pool staff confronted her, and Harrison allegedly began arguing with another woman who was at the pool with her kids, shouting and cursing.
When the officer arrived, Harrison was getting into her van, and the officer asked her what was going, to which she replied that she did not know what he was talking about. The officer said Harrison became “confrontational” and he warned her to calm down or risk being arrested and taken to jail, to which she replied, “Let’s go.”
The officer arrested her, and the pool manager had him issue a criminal trespass warning banning her from the pool for five years.
