Former Jackson County Commissioner Forrest Hagan, who served from 1990 to 1996, died died Monday, July 5.
Hagan was appointed to serve on the board of commissioners in 1990 by the grand jury to fill an unexpired term. He served for two years and then ran for the office and was elected to serve a four-year term. He was also a long-time member of the BJC Medical Center Authority.
