A woman who told a police officer that she spent every day “cooking and cleaning” was cited this past week for cruelty to children because the house was so filthy.
The officer responded to 492 Ila Road at about 1 a.m. to a report of a missing juvenile, only to find the 13-year-old girl had come home from a friend’s house.

Why wasn't she charged with Child endangerment and child neglect? Parents like that should have the book throwed at them...they need a wake up call!!! If you don't want to take care of a child don't have any!!! She probably survives from government assistance...another example of what the majority of taxpayer's money is funding!!!
