A quick smash-and-grab at the Tiger Town Pharmacy gained some drug user 500 Oxycodone pills last week.
According to a Commerce Police Department incident report, an officer responded at 4:49 a.m. last Wednesday morning to a burglar alarm at the Homer Road business.

How was the thief able to grab the pills so quickly? I mean , I don't know how the burglar alarm system works, how loud it is or if you have to be in a very close proximity to hear it, but one would think that the alarm to a pharmacy would be pretty effecient. There are so many different kinds of pills, I wonder how they found the ones they sought so quickly...or did they(although I'm sure they probably did)? It's a wonder there are no cameras at that pharmacy, but they're probably are and we just aren't supposed to know it. It often boggles my mind how some people think they'll get away with such as this....but so far, they did; however, their mentality still puzzles me.
