Commerce police announce 5 arrests

The Commerce Police Department reported making five arrests during a relatively quiet past week.

They include:

•Stormy Leigh Herrera-Paz, 34, 500 Kathwood Drive, Commerce, driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs, drugs out of the original container, possession of Schedule IV drugs and driving with a suspended license

•Eric Jason Ulbrich, 36, 317 Hale Road, Maysville, criminal trespass

•April Reidling Goodrich, 38, 50 Preston Court, Commerce, arrested on a warrant for first-degree forgery

•Joel Gregory Phelps, 28, 462 Waterworks Road, Commerce, arrested on unspecified warrants from Hall and Jackson counties

•Stacie Yvonne Pruitt, 37, 1452 Yarborough Ridgeway Road, Maysville, shoplifting
