Grocery stores and gas stations are doing brisk business today as most of Georgia braces for what could be the most severe winter storm to hit the area in years
Weather forecasts are calling for 5-7 inches of snow Sunday night and Monday morning, followed by some freezing rain.
Cline McClure of Nicholson bought the last loaf of bread at the Commerce Ingles at about 2 p.m. Sunday. Shoppers also cleaned out all of the ground beef and were stocking up on produce.
