A 50-year-old man arrested for battery under the Family Violence Act and criminal trespass not only threatened to have the arresting officer fired, but he also threatened to claim the cop tried to rape him, according to a report filed by the Commerce Police Department.
The officer responded to a South Broad Street Extension residence at about midnight Friday, Jan. 14, where a 51-year-old white female told him that Randy Dillard Owensby, 50, of 3214 Adams Clark Road, Commerce, had been drinking and accused the woman of cheating on him.

When is the code enforcement and CPD going to do something about those two houses that are owned by a slumloard? There is ALWAYS something going on over there, no matter who he rents those two dumps to.
