So far they’ve made no charges, but Commerce police officers ran a registered sex offender away from Spencer Park nearby as several little girls played on the playground.
According to the incident report, two officers drove by the park and saw an elderly man sitting on a planter on the sidewalk. One of the officers recognized the man as a sex offender who is also awaiting a court date for charges filed in December.

What about the one that walks up and down Maysville Road and back and forth from Presto's store. He just lives accross the tracks from there. Check his backgound, he has spent many years in prision not just once either. He is a repeated offender that is loose now.
