Residents of Heritage Hills Apartments, Lakeview Drive, reported that a man disturbing the peace in the apartment complex pulled a gun when confronted, according to the Commerce Police Department.
The incident began at 9:30 p.m. one evening when a 22-year-old white female asked two black males who were in the pool to reduce the noise they were making. She pointed out that the pool was supposed to be closed at 9:00.
She told the officer that the two men got mad and “got in her face.”

...So I take it no one knew who the 2 black males in the pool and causing a "disturbance" were? ..Reckon did they not live there at the apartments?
