Voters who had not made up their minds about whether to vote for Donna Sikes or Brad Smith for district attorney should have gotten a little help in last week’s mail.
Sikes' tactics prove she's not worthy of being D.A.

I am in complete agreement with this letter. Vote Brad Smith District Attorney Piedmont Circuit today or Tues., August 5th.

All I know is, when I get such a negative gut reaction towards someone, I follow it. Something about both Mr AND Mrs Sikes makes me feel uneasy and I am uncomfortable when they are in the same room with me. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw a feather!

If I weren't already voting for Brad Smith, the FOUR pre-recorded phone calls I received today from Mrs. Sikes and Stan Evans would be enough to persuade me to vote for Smith.

And I can't help but wonder if the call I received yesterday warning that "inactive voters may be deleted" if they don't vote in this election came from the same source. The "you can vote in the runoff even if you didn't vote in the primary" line was used in both Sikes' calls and this call. Coincidence?
