A month after the Jackson County Board of Commissioners voted 3-2 to approve the design and budget of a new EMS station in Commerce, the location and scope of the building is changing.
On Nov. 7, the commissioners approved the designs and budgets for EMS stations in Commerce and West Jackson. At the time, the plan was to put the facility in the Commerce 85 Industrial Park on a site donated by John Rooker, the developer of the park.

Alright EMS stations to be built it only took 2 splost funds and got a vote but no time line of the start of construction.Commission can vote on projects thats already complete (new radio system) makes it look ok to spend 2.5 million then get approval.Thats a good way to spend tax payer money.Jackson Hearld does the word INVESTIGATION mean anything to you.
