Two Baugh Street residents face drug charges after a city code enforcement officer found they’d reconnected water and electric services that the city had cut off for failure to pay.
Zachery Hix, 30, 173 Baugh Street is charged with theft of services in one case and the possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and drugs out of the original container in another case.
