•Nathan Leonard Rucker, 37, 135 Morning View Drive, Athens, probation violation.
•Derek Dewayne Greene, 25, 94 Fletcher Drive, Nicholson, DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road.
•Patrick Claus Reese, 25, 693 Welford Avenue, Jefferson, criminal trespass.
