Early voting in presidential primaries under way

Voting in person will be available at the satellite locations for the week prior to the election, Feb. 27 – March 2. The hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Satellites locations are:

•204 Carson Street, Commerce, Commerce Recreation Department.

•67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Administrative Auditorium.

•5040 Highway 53, Braselton, Police Court Building.

Jackson County voters will go to the polls March 6 to cast a ballot in the Presidential Preference Primary. No local elections will be on the ballot in March. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
