Chas Hardy to run for re-election

Chas Hardy, who represents District 2 on the Jackson County Board of Commissioners, announced Monday that he plans to seek re-election.

“Hopefully, the voters of Jackson County will appreciate the work I’ve done for them and I’ll be able to spend another four years working for Jackson County,” he said when making the announcement at the BOC meeting.

District 2 includes Commerce and Maysville.

Oh yes they could! Even as bad as the current bunch is, it can always get worse!

And the problem with voting the current "set of idiots" out of office is this: The ONLY people who ever run for office are the ONLY people you would never want to be IN office.

The people that would do the best job are too smart to voluntarily take a job that, no matter what you do, SOMEBODY is ALWAYS angry with you about it.

It doesn't matter who gets elected since there is NOBODY running for ANYTHING that ANYBODY would want to have the position!
