A man who made threats to physically harm workers at a local medical office made the mistake of showing up at the office while an officer was talking to staff about the threats, according to the Commerce Police Department.
The officer’s report said that the manager of the Family Foot Care Center, Hospital Road, told him that Anthony Columbel, 50, of 18 Cole Court, Commerce, had called complaining that his foot hurt and he wanted “very strong drugs” for the pain.
