Thirty-nine people were sentenced in recent State Court proceedings, including the following:
•Guy Carthern, no insurance, $750 fine and 12 months probation.
•Michael Franklin Baker, speeding, $179 fine.
•Cynthia Brock, failure to maintain lane, $213 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of improper left turn was dismissed.
•Brenda Brown, no brake lights, $213 fine and 12 months probation.
•Nathaniel Craig Burkins, speeding, $353 fine.
•Paulette Erhardt, stop sign violation, $213 fine.
•Michael Robert Evans, following too closely, $213 fine (to be suspended upon three page report on alternative driving) and 30 hours community service.
•John Kubiak John, speeding, $283 fine.
•Brandon Gregory Lenzen, speeding, $493 fine.
•Tiffany Lynn Nash, speeding, $350 fine and 12 months probation.
•Christopher Lane Parr, speeding, $353 fine.
•Steven Jason Picard, DUI, suspended license and fleeing or attempting to elude, $1,600 fine, Risk Reduction Program, drug and alcohol evaluation and 40 hours community service. Charges of reckless driving and speeding were dismissed.
•Mary Mize, bad checks, 12 months probation and restitution.
•Benjamin Evans, drugs not in original container, 140 days in jail.
•Tracey Winston, mandatory education violation and obstruction, 420 days in jail (to be suspended upon children attending school) and a $500 fine.
•Gary Coley, battery, 12 months probation and $500 fine.
•Christian Hernandez, no license, 30 days in jail. Charges of window tint violation and operating an unsafe vehicle were dismissed.
•Wade Mitchell, battery, 12 months probation and $500 fine.
•Joshua Nix, driving without a license and reckless driving, $1,500 fine, 12 months probation and 10 days in jail.
•Steven Picard, DUI, suspended license and possession of marijuana, $2,500 fine, 10 days in jail, 12 months probation and 240 hours community service. Charges of simple assault, public drunk and criminal trespass were dismissed.
•Shane Latty, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, 150 days in jail.
•Winford Dean Bales, loitering, $500 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of public drunkenness was dismissed.
•Melissa Ann Leach, disorderly conduct, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of pedestrian under the influence was dismissed.
•Randall Timothy Marti, obstruction, failure to stop for inspection and possession of an intoxicating beverage in CMV, $1,500 fine. A charge of DUI was dismissed.
•Rashod Jermal Beasley, DUI, driving without a license and no proof of insurance, $1,600 fine, 12 months probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, Risk Reduction Program and 40 hours community service. A charge of stop sign violation was dismissed.
•Gary Allen Davis, no proof of insurance and driving without a license, $900 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of suspended license was dismissed.
•Michael David Lollis, possession of marijuana, $600 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of open container violation was dismissed.
•Kevin Jamar Bailey, DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object, $2,100 fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and Risk Reduction Program. Charges of aggressive driving, carrying a concealed weapon, driving in the median, following too closely and open container violation were dismissed.
•Alexandria Leigh Beaver, violation of traffic control device, $500 fine and 12 months probation. Charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions were dismissed.
•Michael Bert Carter, DUI, 12 months probation, $600 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation, Risk Reduction Program and 40 hours community service. Charges of headlight violation and expired tag were dismissed.
•David Wayne Hembree, obstruction, $500 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
•Ronald Terrence Kitchens, battery, $300 fine, five days in jail, 12 months probation and no violent contact with the victim. A charge of obstructing a 911 call was dismissed.
•Randy Carl Wright, unlawful burning of debris, $200 fine.
•Torzina Hancock, disorderly conduct, $100 fine.
•Tiffany Amber Plavcan, DUI, 12 months probation, $600 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation, Risk Reduction Program and 40 hours community service. Charges of striking a fixed object, minor in possession of alcohol, open container violation and failure to maintain lane were dismissed.
•Shariff Kamar Spence, suspended license, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation.
•Shantraneeka Brown, theft by shoplifting, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation.
•Amber Rae Leigh Harris, DUI and possession of marijuana, $1,200 fine, 12 months probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, Risk Reduction Program and 40 hours community service. Charges of failure to yield and no license on person were dismissed.
•Javion Jarquette Williams, failure to yield, $143 fine. A charge of failure to report an accident was dismissed.
