“A bad neighbor is a misfortune,” noted Homer, author of “The Illiad” and “The Odyssey.” There is plenty of misfortune on Old Harden Orchard Road, according to the Commerce Police Department.
Officers found themselves dealing with next-door neighbors one day last week.

The "34 year old white female" lived two doors down from me for 6 years, and I fought with them for 6 years. It never took any provocation for them to yell obsenities pick a fight and call 911. In the 6 years they lived there, they called 911 81 times. The house between us was a revolving door with tenants moving in and moving out because the "34 year old white female" and her husband would start fights with them and call 911. I finally had enough and went and spoke with Judge Chandler and hired an attorney. My attorney informed the landlord that he was going to file a lawsuit if he did not make those people leave us alone, I am a homeowner and these people were section 8 renters. The landlord made them move, and it has been peace and quite here since. I know the people they now live next door to, and know what they are having to deal with. I do not understand why these people are allowed to constantly cause problems no matter where they live.

~I sympathize with you broadstresident, I really do, but really & truly bottom line it does take 2 to tango. Let them throw & hurl eleventy million insults at you if that's what they want to do and that's their style, but that doesn't mean you have to throw them back, rather you simply document and peacefully phone the Commerce PD to make a report, and then thank the good officers for coming out before apologizing to them that their ears had to hear such.
