•Daniel Christopher Kubiak, 42, 450 Rock Forge Road, Jefferson, sexual battery and child molestation.
•Terry Tyrone Morris, 56, 402 Creek View Terrace, Oakwood, probation violation.
•Ronson Westmoreland, 57, 904 Old Harden Orchard Road, Commerce, theft by receiving and probation violation.
•Danny Jackson Wilder, 53, 1650 Cole Road, Carnesville, probation violation.
•Makaiya Michelle Hart, 22, 2468 Wilson Drive, Atlanta, driving while license suspended.
•Tracy Jo Hernandez, 34, 415 A.J. Irwin Road, Talmo, violation of mandatory education for children law.
