The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office charged 30 people last week, including the following:
•Benjamin Davis Brown, 23, 188 Magnolia Place, Commerce, DUI, failure to maintain lane.
•Christopher Ray Bunn, 30, 109 Drew Lane, Tunnel Hill, failure to appear original charge: burglary, criminal damage to property 2nd degree.
•Maurice Devon Carruth, 39, 40 Cone Drive, Athens, two counts deposit account fraud.
•Kelcey Tremaine Clarington, 33, 5589 Glen Haven Drive, College Park, forgery in the first degree.
•David Ray Graham, 25, 150 Maybrook Drive, Clarkesville, violation of probation original charge: battery family violence act, violation of probation original charge: interference with government property.
•Kenneth Norman Gaines, 48, 870 Main St., Talmo, violation of parole original charge: possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
•Benjamin Gillespie, 52, 25 Bennet St., Commerce, violation of probation original charges: possession of cocaine, obstruction of law enforcement officers.
•Courtney Denise Gowan, 19, 711 Sosebee Road, Talmo, underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct.
•William Michael Gray, 33, 125 Burlin St., Athens, violation of probation original charge: robbery.
•Jose Manuel Gutierrez, 48, of 7505 Old Cutler Road, Coral Gables, Fla., felony theft by shoplifting.
•Johnny Key Holliday, 52, 481 Lebanon Church Road, Jefferson, theft by receiving stolen automobile.
•Gloria Cummings Henderson, 56, 499 Pritchett Road, Lula, felony issuance of bad checks.
•Bruce Wayne Hill, 23, 177 West Chester Circle, Athens, violation of probation original charge possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, violation of probation original charge possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana.
•Jeremy Lee Knittel, 30, 209 East Fifth Ave., Winder, violation of parole original charge robbery.
•Derek Dewayne Lee, 26, 4425 Whipporwill Road, Gillsville, violation of probation original charges: battery, three counts of obstruction, cruelty to children third degree.
•Shannon Dale Luthi, 43, 77 Crooked Creek Village, Athens, violation of probation original charge: theft by taking, out of county hold for Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
•Kevin Edward Moseley, 30, 1395 Hwy. 124, Hoschton, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers.
•John Michael Moss, 55, 511 Hightower Road, Arcade, failure to appear original charge: child support.
•Jonathon Eric Nash, 31, 605 Archer Grove Road, Athens, drugs to be kept in original container, burglary, violation of probation original charge: violation of controlled substance act, violation of probation original charge: fleeing/eluding police, violation of probation original charge: possession of methamphetamine.
•Amy Lyanne Olaughlin, 30, of 135 Garren Cove Road, Morganton, held for court deposit accounting fraud.
•Joshua Reed Parham, 27, 3832 Tallassee Road, Athens, two counts theft by receiving stolen property, simple battery family violence act no contact with victim, theft by shoplifting, simple assault.
•Lacreisha Antoinette Parham, 30, 610 Hennings Drive, Winder, driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for other vehicles.
•Christina Ann Peck, 38, 1235 Shoffiett Road, Dahlonega, failure to appear original charge: forgery first degree.
•Helena Dawn Riffe, 21, 135 Hidden Oaks Trail, Jefferson, disorderly conduct.
•Alexandria Marie Roberts, 19, 157 Remington Park Drive, Braselton, possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
•Thomas Christopher Schenck, 41, 36 Kirby Circle, Braselton, loitering or prowling.
•Jason Edward Smith, 26, 806 Williams Road Apt. B, Commerce, held for Superior Court.
•Robert Junior Tate, 46, 248 Lester Road, Athens, violation of probation original charges: suspended license, no proof of insurance, criminal trespass.
•Alexis Devore Taylor, 18, 157 Remington Park Drive, Braselton, possession of less than one count of marijuana.
