•Sheila Louise Garner, 46, 6455 Hwy. 53, Braselton, theft by receiving stolen property.
•LaFredrick Jermaine Gillespie, 37, 26 Marcia Circle, Jefferson, battery.
•Nicole Jan Haves, 27, 5292 Mission Drive, Gainesville, violation of probation original charge: obstruction.
•Joshua Randall Hollis, 29, 69 Granite Drive, Hoschton, driving while license suspended, drugs to be kept in original container, no tag light.
•Sabrina Lasha Holloway, 22, 215 Cole Ridge Court, Athens, violation of probation.
•Nina Christine Inglett, 24, 409 Bear Creek Lane, Bogart, failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of alcohol.
•Scarlett Geneva Ivie, 29, 575 Rivermont Road, Athens, violation of probation original charges: two counts fraudulent credit card.
