The Jackson County Grand Jury handed down 42 indictments on Nov. 6, including the following:
•Shaquille Tyrell Maxey, statutory rape.
•Wesley Carlyle Duncan, aggravated assault, family violence battery and two counts of terrorist threats and acts.
•Charles Michael Richardson, theft by receiving stolen property.
•Drew Garrison Beatty, two counts of family violence battery, simple assault, cruelty to children in the third degree and terroristic threats and acts.
•Charles Walter Benton Jr., theft by taking and theft by receiving.
•Kylie Michelle Butcher, felony theft by taking.
•Blake Randall Davis, burglary in the first degree and theft by taking.
•Larry Jacob Cantrell, theft by taking.
•Daniel Scott Clark, criminal damage to property in the first degree, simple battery and theft by taking.
•Kelly Lynn Cox, party to the crime of cruelty to children in the first degree, party to the crime of cruelty to children in the second degree, false statements and party to the crime of family violence battery.
•Lloyd Kenneth Dalton, terroristic threats and acts.
•Ralph David Jr., possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
•Anthony Fortner, terroristic threats and acts, family violence battery and simple battery.
•Bruce Lavourgours Gilbert, aggravated assault, five counts of family violence battery, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, aggravated sexual battery and terroristic threats and acts.
•Michael Shane Henderson, driving with a suspended license, taillight requirements and windshield requirements.
•Marquavius Hendrix, three counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery and battery.
•Aaron Scott Henry, obstruction with violence, obstruction of an officer, cruelty to children in the second degree and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
•Benjamin Thomas Lesniak, possession of controlled substance within guard line of jail, possession of Alprozolam, possession of drug-related objects, tampering with evidence and obstruction of an officer.
•Jazmyne Adrieonna Lewis, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of illegal substances near schools and illegal use of communication facility.
•Christina Martin, two counts of terroristic threats and acts and two counts of false report of a crime.
•Timothy Ray Metcalf, four counts of family violence battery, terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
•Donna Moore, aggravated assault and two counts of influencing witnesses.
•Joshua Parham, three counts of aggravated assault and influencing witnesses.
•Steven Robert Murray, possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
•Mark Patterson, two counts of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the second degree.
•Curtis Don Powers, impersonating an officer, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, criminal use of an article with altered serial number, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
•Scottie Dale Pressley, two counts of aggravated assault, burglary in the first degree, terroristic threats and acts and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.
•Richard Lloyd Richardson, four counts of family violence battery and false imprisonment.
•Scott Andrew Scheie, interference with government property, obstruction of an officer, giving false name and public drunkenness.
•Jesse W. Shelton, homicide by vehicle first degree, driving under the influence (DUI) of intoxicants, reckless driving and failure to stop at the scene of an accident.
•Stanley Lorenzo Sims, four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and discharge of gun on roadway.
•Ronald Lee Smith, two counts of aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
•Mary Jane Stamp, sale of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a government building, possession of methamphetamine and crossing the guard line of jail with contraband.
•John William Stephens, aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, two counts of battery, obstruction of an officer, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
•Jonathan Lee Stephens, sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of government housing.
•Christopher Greg Stewart, aggravated battery and family violence battery.
•Brandon A. Tarbush, crossing the guard lines.
•Rashawn Watson, criminal damage to property, second degree.
•Tiffany Williams, burglary, theft by taking and two counts of criminal trespass.
•Tremaine Williams, three counts of cruelty to children in the second degree and three counts of reckless conduct.
•Katrina Dawn Wilson, two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree, two counts of cruelty to children in the second degree, making false statements and two counts of contributing to the deprivation of a minor.
•Gary James Wytiaz, two counts of aggravated stalking and terroristic threats and acts.
