•Richard Dale Robinson Jr., 48, 373 Old Ginn Road, Jefferson, simple assault.
•Sheila Louise Garner, 46, 6453 Highway 53, Braselton, obstruction.
•Xavier Tyray Neal, 18, 42 Andrews Place, Commerce, probation violation.
•Douglas Wilson Adam Tench, 30, 2047 Stinchcomb Road, Dewey Rose, probation violation.
•Auvin Talmadge Bailey III, 37, 1982 Jackson Trail Road, Hoschton, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
•Richard Jason Bradberry, 41, 201 Acorn Court, Jasper, probation violation.
•Jody McCarter Brown, 29, 140 Church St., Pendergrass, failure to appear.
•Joey Frederick Hagwood, 41, 129 Ridgeway Trail, Maysville, probation violation.
•Helen Elizabeth Hayes, 35, 3451 Talking Leaves Trail, Gainesville, theft by conversion and probation violation.
•Joshua Adam Jackson, 29, 79 Wesley Way, Commerce, arrested on a warrant from U.S. Army (wanted for military des
ertion.)
•Kristopher John Moreno, 39, 4492 Benefield Road, Braselton, sentenced to 30 days, to be reduced to 10 days upon payment of $1,059.50.
•David Edward Seagraves, 35, 2098 Highway 330, Bogart, sentenced to 180 days and terminate FIFA balance.
•Qynika Bresean Smith, 18, 190 Calvin St., Athens, theft by shoplifting.
•Gary Michael Vansloun II, 22, 954 Holders Siding Road, Jefferson, probation violation.
•Dustin Evan Wroe, 24 52 Pleasant Hill Drive, Talmo, driving with a suspended license and simple battery.
•Gustavo Adolofo Acosta, 37, 79 Wood Cove, Jefferson, simple battery.
•Jason Randall Bailey, 32, 885 A.J. Irvin Road, Pendergrass, battery.
•Niki Serrell Cade, 22, 100 Rolling Ridge Drive, sentenced per state court.
•Leta Marie Davis, 44, 260 Gentry Drive, Athens, theft by shoplifting.
•Naomi Sarah Nature Fish, 24, 653 Duncan Road, Commerce, probation violation.
•James Ronald Hardigree, 39, 7201 Jackson Trail Road, Hoschton, cruelty to children in the second degree and reckless conduct.
•Christopher Dwayne Johnson, 42, 294 Pinetree Circle, Maysville, failure to appear.
•Wesley Howard Prickett, 27, 2325 Highway 82, Statham, obstruction and public drunkenness.

•Walter Cecil Whitehead, 39, 171 Laurel Oaks Lane, Jefferson, violation of Georgia Employment laws.
•Sarah Raquel Woodall, 25, 1097 Doster Road, Jefferson, arrested on a warrant from Madison County.
•Timothy Todd Goforth, 28, 675 Windy Hill Road, Jefferson, aggravated assault, kidnapping and cruelty to children.
•Andres Rafael Rivas, 30, 1175 Jefferson Highway, Winder, probation violation.
•Nathan Ray Tucker, 30, 1151 Duck Road, Braselton, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of schedule IV drug (Alprazolam), possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
