On Tuesday, July 2, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on U.S. 441 in the Commerce area. During the course of the search, a quantity of methamphetamine and three weapons were located.
The occupant of the residence, Michael Anthony Andrews, 44, Commerce, was arrested at the scene and transported to the Jackson County Jail.
Andrews faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and three counts of possession of firearm by convicted felon.
