Well, you’ll be charged with a crime — just as you should be. Forgery has no place in the modern world of business. But what if a bank does this to you? Will they be charged with a crime?
Well, they should be. Shouldn’t they? What if you were kicked out of your house with paperwork forged by a high schooler, who earned $10 an hour to sit in an office and forge the signature of a bank executive on phony mortgage papers — thousands and thousands of bogus papers?
